Three Tails Coronavirus Updates

06-08-20 Update

  • We always take extra care to sanitize and keep our stores clean, but now more than ever we are making it our highest priority.
  • We ask that customers keep their leads when dropping off our four-legged friends for grooming.
  • Masks are not required to enter, but please wear one of you feel more comfortable with one on.
  • We are offering curbside pick up for free and local delivery for $5.

We wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions Three Tails is taking to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and neighbors.

We believe the best approach is to follow the guidance and advice of the medical experts so we are following the CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of viruses. We will provide hand sanitizer in the store for our customers and we will step up our frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our merchandising areas, paying special attention to high contact surfaces like freezer/refrigerators, counters, restrooms, door handles, and payment terminals. Employees will increase the frequency of their hand-washing throughout the shift, and any employees experiencing flu-like symptoms will not be permitted to work.

We would like to help in anyway we can to make you feel comfortable shopping and picking up the necessities for your four legged family members. We would like to offer call ahead curbside pickup. Let us know what you need, we will bring the items out and load them in your vehicle and take payment over the phone or we can run it inside to process. Our store number is 618-281-9900. In addition, if you are wanting to take precautionary measures and stock up please just let us know and we will do our very best to retrieve items you are needing.

The health and safety of our team and customers will always be our number one concern. With that being said please be patient and courteous with grooming appointments. If you are needing to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can accommodate rescheduling your appointment and others.
