Curated by the dog experts at Three Tails Parlor & Pantry, each box is filled with at least 3-5 pawsome goodies your furry best friend will drool over! 

Our subscribers get first shake at our newest toys and treats plus exclusive items not found in store. If your dog is a trend-setter who likes to get his paws on the latest goodies, we paw-mise he’ll howl for our subscription box!

Subscription Box Faq's

We couldn’t pawssibly spoil the surprise! Every box will be full of things we love, but each box will be different to keep things exciting. We can tell you that you’ll receive at least 3-5 items in each box with a value over $60.

While we can make some changes to your box within reason, if your pet has a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions, this box may not be the best thing for them. 

Since the Three Tail’s subscription box is a surprise for you and your pet, we won’t be taking requests. You’ll just have to trust us–everything in these boxes is something we’re really excited about!

We’ll try our best to retrieve anything your dog really loves! Not all of our box products will make it onto our shelves so if you don’t see your favorites, just ask us to special order it. Each box recipient will receive a follow up survey and we will take your feedback into consideration when restocking.

At this time, our software system doesn’t collaborate with our loyalty program. Therefore, you won't be able to earn or redeem points on our subscription boxes. We are working to fix these issues for future boxes. 

Since this is a new service, we are only doing local pick-up at this time. But we hope to be able to offer our boxes to dogs everywhere in the near future!

Don’t worry, since our box is different every month, it’s perfect for multi-pet households! You’ll get lots of items that all of your pets can enjoy. Be sure to include the name of each pet on the order form so we know who we’re sending the box to.  *Please note that we can’t make significant changes to the box’s contents based on info about your pets. 

Currently, we are focusing on our canine clientele. Once we get logistics worked out and perfect our process, we will begin adding  selections like cat boxes, super chewer, celebration box, etc. 

The teams at each store will be ordering their own inventory for these boxes. Therefore, your box must be picked up at the store it was purchased from.
