The staff are awesome! Everyone I talked too is super friendly and engaging, sharing their own pet pictures and stories. They are knowledgeable and helpful in shopping for my new puppy. My 5 year old GSD was able to get in quick for a nail trim and is setup for quaterly grooming with them now. I have a feeling I am going to stop by the shop often during my walks just to pick up a treat for my German Shepherd Dogs, plural now! Love this place and the people!
Everyone I've encountered in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. I needed some special food for my picky senior dog and they were able to order it for me in under 48 hours. I can't recommend them enough.
